FOR EMPLOYERS / RECRUITMENT COMPANIES
- The www.Sea4You.pl portal [hereinafter: Sea4You] is managed by the Organization of Contract Seafarers NSZZ Solidarność with its registered office in Szczecin, 71-604, 8 Szarotki St. [hereinafter: Administrator].
- The use of the Sea4You portal is equivalent to accepting all points of these regulations [hereinafter: Regulations].
- The Sea4You portal is addressed to Users, who may be Advertisers (direct employers, recruitment companies, or employment agencies) or Employees (seafarers and other persons employed in the maritime industry).
- The Sea4You portal is for information purposes only; in particular, it is not an employment intermediary, recruitment agency, etc.
- The use of the Sea4You portal is free of charge for all users.
- Browsing job offers does not require User registration. Both Advertisers and Employees can register. Registration is free of charge. Registration allows Employers to add job advertisements for persons sought for work. Employees can post their CVs in the database and gain access to a tool that facilitates the search for advertisements of interest. Advertisers have the possibility of adding company logos to their advertisements. Users are obliged to provide true data during the registration process and bear responsibility in case of providing incorrect or false data.
- The Sea4You portal is designed to counteract unemployment and provide assistance to seafarers who are out of work.
- The Advertiser undertakes to post only their own job offers or job offers for which they have the Employer's authorization. Advertisements should reflect actual employment conditions.
- Posted advertisements must include an expiration date.
- Outdated advertisements should be removed immediately.
- Duplicate advertisements (the same Advertiser, same position name, workplace) may not be placed on the Sea4You portal.
- Posted advertisements should not contain links to other websites.
- Advertisers undertake not to publish information inconsistent with the purpose of the Sea4You portal.
- The Advertiser is responsible for the content of the advertisements and the consequences of placing information in the advertisement, including the right to use the trade name and logo of the Advertiser or the entity to which the advertisement relates.
- The Administrator is not responsible for the content of advertisements or the protection of trade names or logos of Advertisers and entities that are placed in advertisements published on the Sea4You portal. The Sea4You portal does not participate in transactions between its Users who use Sea4You resources. All responsibility resulting from the use of information contained in the Sea4You portal lies with the Users of the service. Sea4You is not an offeror, but only presents information collected in the Sea4You portal.
- The Administrator bears no responsibility for the technical efficiency and availability of the Sea4You portal. The activities of the Sea4You portal are not service or commercial activities. The activity of the Sea4You portal may be terminated at any time based on the exclusive decision of the Administrator – in such a case, Users are not entitled to any claims against the Administrator.
- The Administrator reserves the right to withdraw a posted advertisement if it is posted inconsistently with these Regulations. The Administrator reserves the right to delete a User's account after obtaining reliable information regarding irregularities in the performance of contracts concluded by a given User.
- The Administrator reserves the right to block an Advertiser's account in case of violation of these Regulations or the presentation of false or misleading advertisements.
- While navigating the www.sea4you.pl portal website, some information may be collected passively, in particular via "cookies", internet tags, and the collection of navigation data, to which the User hereby consents. Furthermore, the User agrees to the possibility of leaving cookies or other files with a similar function in their computer system.
- Users agree to the processing by the Administrator of the provided personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the functions of the Sea4You portal in accordance with applicable law. The Administrator also reserves the right to send Users information related to the activities of the Organization of Contract Seafarers NSZZ Solidarność. Users have the right to obtain information about the processing of their own personal data. The User has the right to demand that incorrect data be corrected, blocked, or deleted.
- User data will not be shared with other entities, with the exception of entities entitled to obtain data by law. The previous sentence does not apply to data disclosed in advertisements presented on the Sea4You portal.
- The Administrator may change these Regulations at any time. Each change enters into force on the day of announcement, with the exception of changes regarding the introduction of fees and the conditions for admitting users to use the Sea4You portal, which changes enter into force after 12 months from the day of their announcement.
- The Administrator may change the functionalities of the Sea4You portal, including functionalities available to registered Users.
